Miho Ohsawa

Miho Ohsawa is a senior research specialist for AMTECH International. In this position, Ohsawa is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and summarizing market and industry data.  She also works on research for future technologies and industry trends. In addition, she provides assistance in the comprehensive understanding of Japanese business and production-system concepts.

Ohsawa joined AMTECH in 2003 after four years at Auto Alliance International (AAI) where she was a material handling and production planning specialist. At AAI, Ohsawa worked on Japanese Kaizen projects as well as new model launch and model-change programs.

Prior to AAI, Ohsawa was with Delta USA Corporation as a Japanese-English technical interpreter/translator. She also assisted Japanese advisors in local employee training for Japanese production systems.

Ohsawa earned a bachelor’s degree in law from Seijo University in Tokyo, Japan, and a master’s degree in communications from Eastern Michigan University. She completed the Women’s Leadership Seminar of PSI Seminars in California and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers International.
