Ryuzo Masaki is a sales and engineering director at AMTECH International. He is responsible for sales and engineering efforts focused on OEMs and suppliers. Based in AMTECH’s US office as part of its Japanese engineering staff, Masaki provides general and technical business support for non-Japanese auto-parts manufacturers and their Japanese OE customers.
Before joining AMTECH in 2005, Masaki was a business development manager with FIAMM, a Vicenza, Italy-based electric-parts manufacturer for the automotive and information technology industry. From 2002 to 2005, he was a design and product development engineer at Cummins Original Equipment Remanufacturing, a Division of Cummins Engine Co., Inc. Before this, Masaki was with Day-Lee Foods, an exporting company for Nippon Meat Packers, Inc., Japan’s largest meat products company.
Masaki began his professional career in 1993 with Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd. and as an engineering staff in General Mechanical Engineering Technologies at Sumitomo’s R&D Center.
Masaki earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Saga University in Japan.
